JDH Academy is proud to be affiliated with Arhanta Online Academy, an online academy for holistic education.
Arhanta Yoga® is an international yoga school with yoga ashrams in India and the Netherlands. They help people to become confident and certified yoga teachers with their internationally accredited professional yoga teacher training courses. Their courses are based on their years of teaching experience. Since 2009, 12000+ yoga teachers have been certified by Arhanta Yoga Ashrams.
In 2019, she established a company which included an alternative practice surgery with emphasis on pH blood diagnosis, co-treating cancer patients, and hyperthermia treatment. As a strong empath being drawn more to meditation and energetic techniques, she left the company to pursue a more spiritual and holistic path. In 2021, she completed Clinical Hypnotherapy Master Certification Course through JDH Academy.
Being an accomplished linguist, she also translates texts in the medical, healing, and Yoga fields into German.
She lives with her husband and two kids in Hamburg, Germany. When not diving into the mysteries of life, she enjoys being with her family, spending time in nature, riding horses, and dancing.

Dr. Frederike Axmann (Germany)
Veterinarian, Wellness Scientist, Yoga Teacher, Linguist, Mother
After graduating in veterinary medicine at the University of Giessen, Germany, Frederike completed her Ph.D. in Grenoble, France, in Biology and Chemistry in Cancer Research. During these years, she started working with apnea-divers by teaching Pranayama techniques and working out on different asanas to gain a better body feeling and breath volume.
In 2013, Frederike went to India, to obtain her official degree in Yoga teaching, at an Ashram situated in Madhya Pradesh. This gave her the opportunity to gain deeper insight into the Vedic teaching and the Ayurvedic approach of healing.
Afterward, she received a license in Alternative Healing in 2018 in Germany. She is trained in pain treatment through osteopressure technique, fascia workout, nutrition, integrative oncology, and other techniques.
Frederike also holds degrees in ear-acupuncture, Shiatsu, spiritual kinesiology, Yin and Aerial Yoga, and energy massage techniques.
Cassandra Pianetta, LMFT (USA)
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Empathic Healer
Cassandra is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Loyola University Maryland in 2014 and a Masters in Couple and Family Therapy from Adler University in 2016. Cassandra is licensed in the state of California and is currently working in private practice proving therapeutic support for children, adolescents, and adults in her local community. Cassandra specializes in supporting clients in the following areas: anxiety, depression, relationship issues, high sensitivity, and medical trauma. Cassandra believes therapy offers a unique opportunity for self-discovery, healing, and growth.
Cassandra is a certified Tao Healing Hands Practitioner and received her training from the Master Sha Tao Academy. Cassandra can provide blessings for those seeking healing for their highest good on all levels (mind, body, spirit, and soul). Cassandra is a physical empath who has dedicated many years of her life to self-healing from cancer, thyroid dysfunction, chronic inflammation, and trauma.
